I attached this rain gauge to the deck railing right outside my kitchen door. Love being able to step outside kitchen door and see how much rain we got. Prompt replies and great customer service.
I am disappointed that it seems to require a lot of rain to register anything. Very expensive for a gauge that is not very helpful for gardeners or just to know how much rain there was.
