All orders placed on our retail site ship free. Free! Yay!

Most orders ship via USPS. Larger orders may ship UPS. If you don't have postal delivery at your location and require UPS, please let us now in the 'Comments' box at checkout. This is also a good place to let us know if your package contains a gift. We can provide a price-free packing slip in the box.

If you'd like to return your rain gauge or rain gauge parts, contact us for return instructions. We'll send a prepaid label and issue your refund as soon as your package makes its way back to us.

Due to a flood of poor quality, counterfeit rain gauges now available on Amazon, eBay and Etsy, I've been forced to amend my 'no questions asked' guarantee to a 'one question asked' guarantee. I may need proof of purchase to provide service. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee or service gauges that I did not make. I'm struggling to control the widespread misuse of my trademarks and copyrighted designs and images but the best way to be sure you're getting a high quality, guaranteed gauge is to buy from us or a trusted retailer or catalog.
