The gauge arrived quickly. Email communications confirmed order. It is very cute. I tested the gauge: it's working properly and I can read rain levels from my window, but alas, no rain yet

Unparalleled Customer Service!

Called the company first to make an enquiry as to a bracket to attach the rain gauge to a deck railing. She sent me a free one to evaluate!
Ordered the rain gauge online and received confirming email within an hour that it had shipped. Honestly, you just can’t beat service like that.
It hasn’t rained since receiving it and I haven’t had the opportunity to even install the rain gauge as we’re having the deck and railing repainted. But I can tell it looks terrific and we’ll be able to easily see how much rain we received from inside the house. I love it and can’t wait to see it in operation.
